• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  The agency refund policies fall in line with that of Pleasant Holidays. We always recommend travel insurance to help protect any vacation investment. I do not have a formal "customer satisfaction" policy as fortunately, I've never had an unsatisfied customer. However, any complaints will be resolved on a case by case basis.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  This is my fourth year in business and I have been planning travel and traveling extensively for the past 10 years. My experience allows me to serve you better and plan an exciting and complete vacation where all the details are handled by a knowing professional. I am affiliated with CLIA, a Destination Specialist for Hawaii and a Destination Wedding and Honeymoon Specialist.
• What services do you provide?
  I handle the travel for Destination Weddings to Hawaii. This agency takes care of all the guests so the bride and groom can focus on planning their wedding. We save couples from strict and expensive hotel deposits and we can help the couple choose the wedding venue and group activities for the guests. We also plan honeymoons and help set up honeymoon registries.

  I have been to 17 US States (including 2 Hawaii Islands), the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Fiji, Australia, Canada, Mexico and Europe.

  When it comes to Destination Weddings most agencies try to lump everyone into one vacation itinerary where everyone is on the same flight, at the same hotel and participating in the same activity. This agency allows the couple to set up some parameters (like which hotels they want guests to stay at), but then we allow guests to plan their own vacation and enjoy the wedding festivities.
