  We inspect and report on the foundation to roof, inside and out where the home is readily accessible and safe to view.
• What are your rates?
  Our rates are based on the total square-footage of the home and age. Crawlspaces are extra to account for the time. Our experience has shown these to be the best indicators of how much time and effort is required to provide a quality and professional inspection.   You don't have to be there. However, we strongly encourage our clients to attend the inspection, at least at the end. We provide an overview of the report and an orientation to the home, major inspection findings, maintenance issues, emergency shut-off valves/switches and apparent nuances to the home.
• Is hiring a home inspector worth it?
  Of course, the value depends on the consumer’s level of risk tolerance and concerns. No home is perfect and a qualified home inspection will help the consumer understand the safety and serviceable condition of the home.
