• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We have never had a dissatisfied customer and would not allow that to happen. Our clients are the boss and we do whatever we have to so they are totally satisfied no matter what.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Both my son and I have degrees in photography from two of the best universities in America. We both worked for professional photographers in NYC and LA before going out on our own.
• What are your rates?
  Headshots start at $350, family portraits at $475. Please call for other quotes.
• Do you require a deposit?
  No deposits are required.
• What packages do you offer?
  We have competitively priced portrait sessions for everything from headshots to family portraits.
• How many pictures do you take?
  We do not limit our photography or exposures in any way. We shoot until all of us know we have more than we need. Images are brought up on a laptop computer so everyone can evaluate poses and facial expressions.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Normally we do not include negatives because without them, we would be unable to ever make another print if necessary
• What is your photographic style?
  We can shoot beautifully in any style desired and can produce a wonderful mix of photojournalistic, formal and artsy styles in both color and black & white.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes, and we can add sepia toning or other special effects to any image
• Do you use digital or film?
  We use both. We have the best and most sophisticated equipment available today and carry backups for everything.
• Can I see examples of your work?
  Yes, either on our website at www.selectivephotography.com or at our gorgeous and vibrant studio overlooking the 4th fairway of Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pa.
• How far are you willing to travel?
  We normally travel within an hour of the Philadelphia area but are willing to travel anywhere if clients are willing to add in minimal travel costs.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Our prints are usually produced at a professional lab and can take a week. We can have them done in a day, if necessary.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  My son and I are both college educated photography majors who have the capability to shoot anything. We have studied the best photographers in history and been trained in all aspects of photography. Unlike most photographers who shoot only commercial or only weddings, we can and do shoot everything. And we do it more personably and with more heart and creativity than anyone out there.

  Our wedding packages are fully featured on our website at www.selectivephotography.com and prices range from about $2500 to $4000.
• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes, we usually ask for a 1/3 payment at contract signing to reserve the date, a 1/3 payment two weeks prior to the wedding, and the final 1/3 payment on the wedding day.
• How many pictures do you take?
  We have have shot at least 1000 images at weddings in 2004. As many as 1500 in several cases.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Normally we do not include negatives because without them, we would be unable to ever make another print if necessary
• How many weddings have you photographed?
  Hundreds, over the course of many years.
• What is your photographic style?
  While we are capable of shooting beautiful images in any style, we usually produce a wonderful mix of photojournalistic, formal and artsy styles in both black & white and color.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  We always produce equally beautiful images in black & white and color and can add sepia toning or other special effects to any image.
• Do you use digital or film?
  We usually use both, working in medium format and 35mm size. We have the best and most sophisticated equipment available today and have backups for everything we carry.

  Yes, either on our website at www.selectivephotography.com or in our gorgeous studio overlooking the 4th fairway of Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pa.
• How far are you willing to travel?
  We normally work within an hour of the Philadelphia area but will travel anywhere if clients are willing to add in minimal travel expenses.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Within 2 weeks of the wedding, we will have hundreds of proofs in a private file for you within our website and hundreds of film proofs back from the lab. Then we put your favorite 300 in a mini-album for you to keep. When you're ready, we'll help design your finished album.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  We are nicer, more personable and put more heart into our work than anyone anywhere. And we have the emails and cards to prove it.
