  Customer satisfaction is monitored in each session. It is important that you get what you are coming to therapy for, and that is what the therapy focuses on. There is no refund policy.
• What are your qualifications? Are you board certified?
  I am licensed by the State of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). I have been in private practice since January 1986, working with individuals, couples and families.
• Are you married?
  Yes, I am married.
• What makes you different from other counselors?
  I continually seek to improve my skills as a psychotherapist with training, consultation, and teaching. I have been an active member of the San Francisco Psychotherapy Research Group, an organization that has been contributing to research and publishing on the subject of effective psychotherapy for over 40 years.
