Q. |
How are you compensated? How will I pay for your services? |
You can see our pricing information here: https://palmerwp.com/pricing |
Q. |
How many clients do you currently manage? |
We currently manage around 50 families throughout Tennessee, Florida and South Carolina. |
Q. |
Will you be the only person working with me? |
With the exception of outside professionals such as CPA's and Attorneys, I will be the only person working with you. |
Q. |
How much risk should I be willing to take? |
Before we begin to manage your portfolio we take an inventory of your financial health (current investments, insurance, etc.), then we decide on your financial goals, for example: how much money you want in retirement.
We then do the following:
1. Take an assessment to determine your tolerance for risk. (How much risk you are willing to take)
2. Review your goals and determine your capacity for risk. (How much risk you can take)
Once we discuss this we can build a portfolio around taking the appropriate amount of risk to reach your desired goals. |
Q. |
Have you ever been charged with any breaches? |
Q. |
What is your approach to financial planning? |
We take a Stoic approach to financial planning.
This means we prioritize what we can control over what we cannot. We have no control over what the board of XYZ company is going to do tomorrow, nor do we have control over what kind of trouble Russia or the North Korea may get into.
We focus on what we can control such as your asset allocation, account contributions/distributions, tax strategies and estate planning. If each of the above items are managed in accordance to your goals it gives us a high probability of achieving them. |
Q. |
What services do you provide? What are your specialties? |
We specialize in the following: (1) Families PREPARING FOR RETIREMENT. (2) Designing INCOME PLANS for those TRANSITIONING INTO RETIREMENT and LIVING IN RETIREMENT (3) Designing plans for EARLY RETIREES. |
