As one of the national leaders with that company for several years we made the decision to move away so that we could streamline the process to the types of loans our clients most desire. • Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Absolutely. As a national company we attempt to resolve all matters of satisfaction at the branch level but issues may be escalated to the Operations Manager and even higher if necessary. In nearly 4 years of operation we've only had one instance of satisfaction to go higher than the Operations Manager and that was actually resolved at the branch level.
