• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We have never had to refund anyone. We will work with you to provide a package that is satisfactory. All policies are clearly outlined in our contracts.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We have been photographing weddings for over ten years. We are members of; Wedding and Portrait Photographers International and Professional Wedding Photojournalist Association.
• What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
  All of our packages include two photographers for eight hours, and 600-900 4x6 proofs. Packages start at $2800
• Do you require a deposit?
  We require a retainer / deposit of $750.00
• How many pictures do you take?
  600 to 900 proofs are yours to keep.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Negatives can be purchaced.
• How many weddings have you photographed?
  About 20 - 30 per year, over the past few years.
• What is your photographic style?
  We are creative photojournalist style photographers. Two photographers, portraits and candid photos are part of any package.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  We can provide black and white, as well as sepia and high speed infrared images.
• Do you use digital or film?
  We use film for most wedding packages. We offer Digital options as well, including an on site digital portrait studio.
• Can I see examples of your work?

• How far are you willing to travel?
  Typically, our weddings are in NY, NJ, and PA. However, we recently photographed a wedding in ST. Eustatias, Carribean.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Proofs are ready in about two weeks.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  We are a husband and wife team, we always work together, and we really enjoy what we do.
